Following are the check lists for E-Transfers of Teaching/ Non-Teaching staff 2023. You need to produce the below mentioned documents to successfully apply for current opened Disable/Medical Ground/Compassionate Ground (Wedlock)/Promotion/Disposal Ground/Mutual Ground .If you failed to provide these documents/ requirements you might not be considered for transfers 2023.

Check List For E-Transfer Open Merit

• Application Form
• Copy of CNIC
• Salary Slip
• Copy of 1st order in Govt. Service and joining
• Copy of current school order & joining report.
• Copy of Matric Certificate
• Domicile
• Affidavit
  Note: All documents attested from concerned Headmaster/AEO & All the
  above mentioned documents be submitted in hard form.

Check List For E-Transfer Mutual Ground

You need following documents to be abble to apply for E-Transfer 2023 of Mutual Ground.

1. Application Form
2. Copy of CNIC
3. Salary Slip
4. Copy of 1st order in Govt. Service and joining report
5. Current school Order and joining report.
6. Copy of Matric Certificate
7. Domicile
8. Affidavit for Mutual Transfer
9. Inter District Mutual Transfer Teacher of all degree verification
   copy submit.
   Note: All the above mentioned documents be submitted in hard form
   & documents attested from concerned Headmaster/AEO.

Check List For E-Transfer On Promotion/Disposal Ground

• Application Form
• Copy of CNIC
• For Promotion Copy of Notification Promotion
• For Disposal Copy of letter current school adjustment & joining report.
• Salary Slip
• Copy of1st order in Govt. Service and joining report
• Copy Current school Order and joining report.
• Copy of Matric Certificate
• Domicile

Note: All documents attested from concerned Headmaster/AEO & All the
above mentioned documents be submitted in hard form.

Check List For E-Transfer On Compassionate Ground (Wedlock)

1. Application Form
2. Copy of CNIC
3. (i) For Wedlock Copy of Nikah Nama , CNIC , Domicile,Service Certificate of Spouse.
   (ii)Inter District Transfer Spouse of all Service
   Certificate & degree verification copy.
   (iii)For Divorce the Nikah Nama and Talaq Nama.
   (iv) For Widow the Nikah Nama and Husband’s death
   certificate.
4. Salary Slip
5. Copy1st order in Govt. Service and joining
6. Copy Current school Order and joining report.
7. Copy Matric Certificate
8. Domicile
9. Affidavit
