- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education / Master’s degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized institution
- Experience: Minimum 17 years of experience as Principal, senior faculty member or equivalent, preferably in a reputable institution
- Age Limit: Up to 63 years
- Pay: BS-20 equivalent pay package + one additional basic pay
- Contract: Initial 2 years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance

Candidates are required to possess 16 years of relevant education from an HEC-recognized institution. Relevant qualifications include Master’s/BS/BSc (Hons)/BA (Hons), depending on the subject. M.Ed./B.Ed. qualifications will be given due advantage where specified.
